How to order
If you live within 10 miles from Harpenden (Hertfordshire) is FREE. If your address is between 10-15 miles from Harpenden you will have to pay £5 for delivery. If you don’t pay the delivery fee (adding it to cart with your order) we will contact you to do so or you can pay it upon delivery after confirmation. If we do not have confirmation from you, we will issue a full refund and cancel the order.
Adding to Cart
Minimum Order is £20, so you’ll have to add at least £20 worth of truffles to your cart (from one assortment). Due to our facilities and the process you cannot mix and match quantities less than £20. This means that the £20 value must be reached by one single assortment. So, if you’re planning to have a taste of all our recipes you’d have to add £20 worth of each type of truffles to your cart. This means 20 truffles from each recipe (£80). We will contact you if you make this mistake, but please understand that this will delay the order if not confirmed in a timely manner.
Payment
We do recommend paying in cash on delivery, as this will save us greatly on bank fees. Thank you!
